2 Specify using the 3.0 image in either the primary or secondary image location as
described in Specifying the Boot Loader on page 118. If not specified, the boot loader
uses the primary image.
3 Reboot the system.
When the system comes back up, SafeGuard OS detects the dual-stage boot loader
and that it was booted from a raw image partition. SafeGuard OS installs the
dual-stage boot loader and converts the raw image partition to the new format.
4 Reboot the system again.
The dual-stage boot loader boots the SafeGuard OS from the new format.
Displaying Image and Boot Loader Information
The show version command displays both image and boot loader information. The
following example is representative of the output of the command for an EPV image with
a simple boot loader.
