6.1
Introduction
Your system offers a wide range of services and features. To activate a feature when you are not in
communication, take the set off the hook and enter the feature code followed by the parameters to associate
to the feature. For information on the features codes list, contact your installer or administrator.

Immediate forward to a number (Single-line terminal only)

Cancelling all forwards (Single-line terminal only)
You can program a feature on a speed dial key by entering the feature code followed by parameters
associated to the feature. Refer to chapter: Speed dial .
You are not in conversation
Dial the feature code for the forwarding type you want : immediate, busy line, no answer,
etc.
Enter the destination number
When the set is forwarded, you hear a specific tone after hooking off the set.
Code to associate to a speed dial key: Forward + No. of diversion telephone .

Forward cancellation.
You can cancel the forward from the handset that the calls are forwarded to (forward cancellation
code) or from another company handset (remote forward cancellation code + number of forwarded
handset).
A diversion can also be cancelled by programming another type of diversion.
