2.17 Consulting your voice mailbox
The message key flashes when you have received a new voicemail, text message or callback request
and is lit if you have missed calls.
•
• 1 New voice message/x New voice messages
• Enter your personal code Display name of sender, with date, time and ranking of message.
• Consult Listen to message.
• When you have listened to the message, do one of the following.
o Replay Replay message.
o Erase Erase message.
o Call back Call back sender of message.
o Save Archive the message.
o / Exit Terminate consultation.
2.18 Sending a text message to an internal contact
• Use one of the following:

o Reach the 'Menu' page
• Text mail /new text message /new text messages
• Send
• Use one of the following:
o Enter the number of the terminal to receive the message.
o Enter the first letters of the name.
o Speed dial: select a programmed key on the perso page or the add-on.
• Choose the type of message.
