Class 1 laser product
Laser product compliance
This laser product conforms to all applicable standards of 21 CFR
1040.10 at date of manufacture.
FCC standards compliance
Tested to comply with FCC standards for home or office use.
CDRH compliance
Complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for deviations
pursuant to Laser Notice No. 50, dated June 24, 2007
Operation conditions
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause
harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Canadian standard
compliance (modular ONT)
This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Canadian standard
compliance (outdoor ONT)
This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
CE marking
