Installing Drivers
This section details the MBFastTrak133 Lite driver installation when used with various operating systems.
The software includes the driver necessary to identify MBFastTrak133 Lite to the operating system.
In the following text, we assume that your CD-ROM Drive letter to be Drive d:
1. Check in BIOS, the “Onboard RAID Device” in Peripherals option is “Enabled”.
2. Put the driver CD in your CD-ROM drive.
3. Go to “Device Manager “, and you will see a exclamation mark in front of the SCSI controller.
4. Double click on it, and choose “Driver” option.
5. Click on “Update Driver” button.
6. Click “Next” to next step.
7. Choose “Install from a disk or a specific location (Advanced)”, and go to next step.
8. Choose “Include this location in the search” and click “Browse” button.
9a. If your system is Windows 95/98/ME, go to D:\Intel\Promise\Pdc20276\2.00.1240B26\Win9x-ME.
9b. If your system is Windows 2000, go to D:\Intel\Promise\Pdc20276\2.00.1240B26\Win2000.
9c. If your system is Windows XP, go to D:\Intel\Promise\Pdc20276\2.00.1240B26\WinXP.
9d. If your system is Windows NT4.0, go to D:\Intel\Promise\Pdc20276\2.00.1240B26\NT4.
10. Click “Next” to go on.
11. Click on “Finish” button to finish the process.
12. The system will ask if you want to restart the computer, click “Yes”.
13. Then you can power off your computer, and attach your hard drive to RAID connector.
