SCART TO SCART CABLE

How do I connect the CDVB5 to my TV set?

1. Put the CDVB5 on a rm, level surface with at

least 10 centimetres gap around all the sides and

close to the TV you are going to connect it to.

2. Turn off the mains socket your TV is plugged into

or pull the plug out of the socket.

3. Take the aerial lead out of the TV and connect it

to the ANT IN connector on the back panel of the

CDVB5.

4. Connect a scart connector at each end (not

supplied) between the SCART-TV socket on the

back panel of the CDVB5 and the Scart socket

on your TV, if there is more than one Scart

connector on the TV, look in your TV instruction

manual to check which one you should use.

6. Plug the mains lead into the mains socket.

7. Plug the TV back into the mains socket.

NOTE: The CDVB5 will not work if you do not have

the scart-to-scart cable connected.

Fitting the batteries in the remote

1. Remove the battery cover. Insert two size AAA

batteries so that the ‘+’ and ‘-’ marks match the

‘+’ and ‘-’ marks inside the unit.

2. Replace the battery cover.
