3.6 Setting the time

Specify the time zone and the current time.

The following example shows the procedure for setting the time zone as Japan and

the time to 15:30 on January 20, 2009.

NOTE

If the configuration is changed, the ! symbol appears before the prompt. This

symbol disappears when the configuration is saved.

This completes the procedures necessary for the initial installation, including setting

the time, setting the password for administrator mode, adding a new user ID, and

deleting the default user ID.
