(3) Configuration with a shared link non-monitoring master node on the shared link
If a shared link consists of three or more nodes, the shared link non-monitoring master node cannot be a node
on the shared link.

(4) Ring configuration with a loop
You cannot configure a multi-ring that has any loop.

In a VLAN-shared
multi-ring, a loop occurs if
you place multiple single
rings and connect transit
nodes without configuring
any shared links.
