3.2 Network Interface Specifications
3.2.1 Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T
(1) Mode Setting on the Port
Any of the following modes can be specified for the Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T port. The factory default setting is
auto-negotiation.
Auto negotiation (default)
100BASE-TX Full duplex (fixed)
100BASE-TX Half duplex (fixed)
10BASE-T Full duplex (fixed)
10BASE-T Half duplex (fixed)
(2) Flow Control Functionality
This function is enabled when the connection is fixed to full duplex.
(3) Auto MDI/MDI-X Functionality
This function is enabled when auto negotiation is specified.
In the fixed settings, MDI-X is always selected.
The following modes and auto negotiation are applicable to the Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T
port:
1000BASE-T Full duplex
100BASE-TX Full duplex
100BASE-TX Half duplex
10BASE-T Full duplex
10BASE-T Half duplex
As for 1000BASE-T, the fixed settings and half-duplex communication are not supported.
