Enable: Indicates that CFM on the port is enabled.
Disable: Indicates that CFM on the port is disabled.

RxDiscard Number of
discarded CCMs
For an MEP, the following CCMs are discarded:
 CCM with an invalid format
 CCM for another MA

the Switch
 CCM whose transmission interval is different
from the Switch's MA
 CCM with a low domain level
