failure:

 VLAN unmatch (An undefined VLAN was allocated.)
 refused (Authentication was rejected.)
 timeout (The RADIUS server did not respond.)
 RADIUS fail (An error on the RADIUS server
connection occurred.)
 VLAN suspend (The VLAN was suspended.)
