Message Description
Already user '<Web auth user name>' exists.
The specified user has already been registered.
The number of users exceeds 300. The number of users to be registered exceeds 300.
Web-Authentication is not configured. The Web authentication functionality is not enabled. Check
the configuration.
Notes
 This command cannot be used concurrently by multiple users.
 The settings are available as authentication information only after the
commit
web-authentication command has been executed.
