4. Once the connection is made, the progress of the update may be viewed through the Status
windows. The Status windows will indicate when the update is complete (see Figure 2-46 on
page 38 of this section).
NOTE: Once the update process has begun, please be patient. The update process can take anywhere
from several seconds to several minutes depending upon the amount of information to be updated and
the number of controllers receiving information.

5. The access control network has now received all new default operating parameters and is ready for
basic operation.
