5.0 Disable the Dual Verification Feature
The Dual Verification ON check box is used to disable the dual verification feature. Perform the
following steps to disable the dual verification feature.
1. Click on the Setup System pull-down menu or click on the button on the tool bar, click on
the System Options tab, then click on the button. The System Options
window will change to reveal the dual verification window (see Figure 14-33).

2. Click on the Dual Verification ON box. The check mark in the box disappears. Because the
changes required to implement the dual verification feature make major changes to the Doors
program and its supporting databases, a confirmation window appears (see Figure 14-34).

3. Click the button. All the dual verification related database fields are now removed and
the system options window returns to its original state (see Figure 14-1 on page 3 of this section).
4. Now update the access control network with the new information. Click on the button on
the tool bar (for details on the update process refer to “Update the Network” on page 35 in
section 5).
