3.0 Disabling the Temp Users Feature
The temp users feature can be disabled if necessary, removing all the temp users related database fields.
The Temp Users ON check box is used to disable the temp users feature (see Figure 13-5). Perform the
following steps to disable the temp users feature.
1. Click on the Setup ⇒ System pull-down menu or click on the button on the tool bar, click on
the System Options tab, then click on the button. The System Options
window will change to reveal the temp users window (see Figure 13-5).

2. Click on the Temp Users ON box. The check mark in the box disappears. Because the changes
required to implement the temp users feature make major changes to the Doors program and its
supporting databases, a confirmation window appears (see Figure 13-6).
