6.0 Show Photo
The following instructions explain how to show a user photo image from the Doors program. For
display of a user photo while monitoring, see “Display Photo While Monitoring” on page 42 in
section 5.
1. In the Setup Users spreadsheet window, click on a cell for the user for which the photo image
should be shown (see Figure 9-38).

2. Click on the button.
3. If a photo image file exists for the selected user, the photo is shown in the Photo window (see
Figure 9-39).

4. If there is no photo image file for the selected user a “Photo Not Found” window appears (see
Figure 9-40 on page 32 of this section).
