6. Once you have made your printer selection, click on the buttons until you return to the

Report Options window (see Figure 7-4 on page 4 of this section).

7. When you are ready to print the report, click on the button.

8. Click on the button at the completion of the report generation.

NOTE: If you have selected a time other than right now to print the report, the Print Options window

will minimize and remain on your desktop tool bar until it prints. Your computer must remain on until

the report prints. If you turn off the computer, the print report request will be canceled.
