OPERATION

The operator’s manual and safety signs affixed on

the unit contain important instructions on the safe

and proper use of the equipment. Maintain these

important safety features on the implement in good

condition to ensure the information is available to

the operator at all times.

• Ensure the manual canister is secured to the

equipment with the operator’s manual inside.

• Ensure all safety signs are in place and legible.

Replace missing, damaged, and illegible

decals. OPS-U- 0011

• Perform scheduled lubrication as detailed in the

maintenance section.

• Ensure all decals are in place and legible.

• Ensure that a properly rated safety tow chain is

equipped securing the implement to the tractor.

• Before operation check disc blades and spools

forbreakage or cracking and replace if needed.

• Inspect Disc Gang and grease after every 8

hour use.

• Check and Re-Adjust Disc Scrapers

whenconditions change.

• Inspect all bolts and screws and tighten to
