Using the DAB Radio
Using the Menu System
The INFO/MENU button allows you to 
change some of the system options on 
your DAB digital radio. These options 
are arranged in a menu structure as 
shown below.
Pressing and holding the INFO/MENU 
button will enter the menu control. The 
options are described below.
Full Scan 
Selecting this option initiates a full scan. 
See Scanning for DAB Stations on page 
8.
Manual Tune
Select this option to manually tune to a 
specific channel/frequency and add this 
to the station list.
DRC
Select this option to change the 
Dynamic Range Control (DRC) setting. 
See page 14.
Prune
Select this option to remove the 
currently selected station. The station 
will no longer be selectable until you run 
a full or manual scan to add it back in.
System
Select this option to display the system 
menu.
System Menu
Pressing and holding the INFO/MENU 
button and selecting the SYSTEM 
option will enter the system menu. The 
options are described below.
Sleep
Select this option to set the time before 
the DAB digital radio switches itself off. 
This is useful if you want to fall asleep 
listening to the radio.
Press the CHANNEL +/- button to 
scroll up and down the list of available 
options. The options are: OFF, 15, 30, 
45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Backlight
Select this option to set the time before 
the backlight on the display switches 
off.
Press the CHANNEL +/- button to 
scroll up and down the list of available 
options. The options are: ON, 10, 20, 
30, 45, 60, 90, 120 or 180 seconds.
Language
Select this option to change the 
language used for the menu options.
Press the CHANNEL +/- button to 
scroll up and down the list of available 
options.
Factory Reset
Select this option to reset the DAB 
digital radio. See page 9.
Sw Version
Select this option to display the current 
version of software in the DAB digital 
radio. See page 13.
