AkronProductsLimitedWarranty;warrantstotheoriginalpurchaser
thatitsproductsarefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
undernormaluseandserviceforoneyearfromthedateofpurchase.
Ourobligationunderthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtothereplacement
ofanydefectiveproductandweshallnotbeliableforanyconsequential
damages.Theoriginalpurchasermayreturnanydefectiveproductto
theplaceofpurchaseorthemanufacturerforreplacementwithout
charge.Thiswarrantyisexpresslyinlieuofallotherwarranties,
expressorimplied,includingthewarrantiesofmerchantabilityand
fitnessforuse,andweneitherassume,norauthorizeanyotherperson
toassumeforus,anyotherliabilityinconnectionwiththesaleofour
products.
