™
Self-Leveling Concrete
Repair is a one-component, construction-
grade, polyurethane, moisture cure
sealant designed to meet the flexibility
requirements of dynamically moving
joints. Self-leveling to result in a smooth,
gray finish which is foot-traffic ready after
3 days and will reach full cure in 1 week.
Self-Leveling Concrete Repair can be
used to seal horizontal expansion joints
in concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks,
decks, pitch pans, pavers, garage floors,
industrial floors, and other concrete
surfaces. Its premium construction-grade
components give you a strong, durable,
flexible waterproof seal.

YIELD
 One 10.1 oz. tube yields approximately
12 lin. ft. at ½ in. x ¼ in. joint (3.6 m at
13x6 mm)
 One 29 oz. tube yields approximately
34 lin. ft. at ½ in. x ¼ in. joint (34 m at
13x6 mm)
PREPARATION
Read all directions before starting work.
Remove all loose and unsound
materials. Thoroughly clean all surfaces
of dirt, dust, grease, or other
contaminants. Surfaces should be dry.
APPLICATION
The depth of the sealant should be half
the width of the joint (2:1 width-to-depth
ratio.) Joint depth should be a maximum
of ½ in. (13 mm). In deep joints, foam
backer rod is recommended. The
maximum joint width is 1 in. (25 mm).
Clip off the tip of the spout at a 45° angle
to desired size and puncture the inner
seal. Load the sealant cartridge into the
caulking gun and apply, filling the joint
from the bottom. Avoid bridging the joint,
which may form air voids. Based on
ambient temperature, sealant has the
ability to self-level to form a clean joint
surface. Fill the crack to just below the
existing surface for a cleaner finished
look.
Clean up excess product with a solvent-
moistened towel prior to it curing. Excess
cured caulk can be removed with a razor
blade. Avoid undercutting the seal.
CURING
Approximate curing time (for a typical
joint of ½ in. W x ¼ in. D at 75°F (24°C)
and 50% humidity):
 Skins over in 24 hours
 Foot traffic ready in 3 days
 Full cure in 1 week
Curing time varies with temperature and
humidity. Lower temps will extend curing
time. Protect joints from dirt until cured.
This sealant is paintable when fully cured
(latex paint recommended). When using
oil-based paint, check with the paint
manufacturer first because some oil
based paints do not dry well over
polyurethane sealants.
CLEAN UP
Tools should be cleaned with a citrus or
solvent-based cleaner before the product
cures. Avoid getting sealant on skin.
IMPORTANT NOTES
 Wear gloves to avoid skin contact.
 Paint with premium latex paint
 Store in a cool, dry place (40°F-<90°
F/4°C-<32°C)
 Apply when sealant & substrate are
between 40°F-110°F (4°C- 43°C)
 Bubbling may occur in high
temperatures or high humidity if
substrates are not absolutely dry, or if
applied too deep
 Use opened cartridge the same day
 Sealant may stain porous substrates
such as marble, limestone & granite
 Sealant is not recommended for
continuous immersion in water/liquid
WARNING
Always read the product SDS and
cautionary statements on product
container prior to application. Wear
proper protective gear as advised on the
label and/or SDS. Wash hands
thoroughly with warm, soapy water after
handling or before eating. Do not take
internally. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN.
WARRANTY
Seller warrants that its product will
conform to and perform in accordance
with the product specifications. The
foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to those
concerning merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose. Because of the
difficulty in ascertaining and measuring
damages hereunder, it is agreed that
Seller’s liability to the Buyer shall not
exceed the total amount billed and
billable to the Buyer for the product
hereunder.
