ERASING A SINGLE TRACK
ERASING ALL TRACKS ON A DISC
1 Press MD and insert an MD.
2 Press EDIT in stop mode repeatedly until "Erase
All?" is displayed.

3 Within 10 seconds, press ENTER.
If you erase ail the tracks, you cannot retrieve them again.
Make sure to check that it is all right to erase all tracks.

1 Press MD and insert an MD.
2 Select the track that you want to erase with MULTI
JOG or the numbered buttons 0-9 and +10 on the
remote control.
3 Press EDIT repeatedly until "Erase" is displayed.
Example: To erase the 3rd track

4 Within 10 seconds, press ENTER.
If you erase a track, you cannot retrieve it again. Make sure
to check that it is all right to erase the track.
To cancel, press ■.
4 Within 1 minute, press ENTER again.
"TOC EDIT" is displayed and all tracks on the inserted disc
are erased. Then, "TOC EDIT" disappears, and "Blank Disc"
is displayed.

To cancel, press ■.
5 Within 1 minute, press ENTER again.
The selected track is erased and all the succeeding track
numbers also move down by one.
When "TOC EDIT" is displayed, the data concerning the
contents of the editing are registered.
