5.5 Optional Mounting Antenna on Air4G
Either Antenna shown can be mounted on the Air4G unit or mast mounted.
Note: The sunshield kit is required for this type of assembly. Contact your
supplier to order.
5.5.1 Variable Tilt Antenna
There is a Variable Tilt Antenna available for mounting on the Air4G. The antenna maybe connected
directly to the Air4G with no need for physical tilting of the antenna.The Manual Electric Tilt (MET)
antenna has a rotating nut that adjusts a threaded rod which moves in and out while displaying a tilt
scale, as shown below.
