CT TX AND RX POWER SET-UP (2.0-2.3GHZ BAND) USING
TEST CRU
Note: This method of setting up the CT should be used if a Level Control Unit is not
available.

Observe full ESD precautions.
2. Note:
The system may be commissioned using either a Voice or a Data CRU as a test CRU. IF
using a Data CRU, it should be programmed using STMON (see 605-0000-436 for details)
and not a test telephone in step 6(e). If a Data CRU is being used for commissioning then
steps 6(f) and 6(h) are not necessary.
3. Preparation
a) System Soak The system must be switched on for at least 2 hours to ensure that it
is fully warmed up before proceeding any further. To minimise the down time the
test equipment can be prepared during this time ready for testing.
