RW Management allows the RW codes to be set as:
IS In service
OOS Out of service no acquisition possible.
OOS (10K) Out of service but a service engineer can force the ST to acquire
from AS7020 STMON for Windows at 10kbits/sec.
OOS(160K) Out of service but a service engineer can force the ST to acquire
from As7020 STMON for Windows at 160kbits/sec.
