6. Set the value for the Persistency Window as above. The persistency window is the
time that a condition is persistently clear before the alarm is considered clear.
7. Set the value for the Intermittency Threshold as above. The intermittency threshold is
the number of alarm hits measured within the intermittency window for an alarm to
be initiated.
8. Repeat the process for each alarm to be set.
