but no uplink is established go to the Trim Menu (Status/Configuration
selection menu and select configure Menu and select CT RX Trim Menu)and
adjust the CT RX level to establish uplink.

12. Wait for the link to converge. When the CT RX level loop to converge. When it
converges, Convergedstate will be displayed. If the shelf has not converged
within 3 minutes after link acquisition check the shelf configuration.
