Getting Started with Your FreeStyle 5 Portable Oxygen

The FreeStyle 5 packaging contains the following items, as shown in Figures 1-3.
If any are missing, contact your Equipment Provider.
• FreeStyle 5 Portable Oxygen Concentrator with carrying case.
• Patient manual (not shown)
• AC power supply (100-240 volts, 50/60 Hz) with power cord.
• Automobile DC power supply
