n Parent Column: Displays the node ID of the parent to which the
node is associated. In place of a node ID, the column may display
the following:
A blank entry: The node is not associated.
Local: The node is associated to this unit.
Local block: The node has been blocked and will not be allowed to
associate with the local system directly. See “Association Monitor
Menu (Monitor)”.
n Name Column: Displays the node name.
Rdst, Src: Displays the type of multicast filter action that has been
set for Radio (RDst) and Source (Src) packets. A blank means that
the action is forward. See Chapter 11 “Using Filters”.
Displaying the Association Table Summary (Summary)
Use the summary option to view a summary of the number of nodes
associated to your unit. When you select the summary option, the Asso-
ciation Table Summary Display appears:
n Direct Associations: Number of Non-PSP, PSP, or repeater nodes
associated to this Bridge.
n Indirect Associations: Number of Non-PSP, PSP, or repeater nodes
associated to Ethernet or Token Ring Bridge below the current
Bridge, on the radio network tree.
