Appendix E - Aironet Technical Support
Should you need assistance beyond the scope of this manual, please contact your Aironet
supplier. If they cannot help resolve your problem, contact the Aironet Technical Support
Department. The support representatives can assist you in solving any problems.
When requesting support, please have the following items available:
1. Configuration of the system including model numbers of the Aironet equipment used.
2. Antenna information and cable lengths.
3. Site information (possible radio path problems, trees, machines, or buildings).
4. Distance between devices.
5. Description of problems encountered.
6. Serial number of unit.
7. Name and address of reseller.
