Command mnemonic. This may be any of the following:

ATTOFF
BAUD
EN
ERST
OPTION
QV

The number and meaning of any subsequent fields is dependent on the command
mnemonic. Each of the command mnemonics defines a separate proprietary
command (or set of commands) recognized by the WeatherStation. These
commands are each described in their own section on the following pages.
