This chapter provides answers to questions you may have about your
mobile hotspot. (Also see Troubleshooting on page 59.)
What do I do if I forget my Main or
Guest Wi-Fi Password
The Wi-Fi Passwords appear:
On the mobile hotspot’s:
· Home screen, unless you have configured it not to show. (Swipe the
network name and password to see the secondary name and
password.)
· Wi-Fi Info screen (Wi-Fi > Main Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi > Guest Wi-Fi)
· About screen (Settings > About Device > Device Information).
Note: This screen shows only the Main Wi-Fi name and password.
On the AT&T Unite Pro Manager homepage (Wi-Fi > Connect)
What do I do if I forget my Admin
Login or the AT&T Unite Pro Manager
homepage URL?
The Admin Login (default attadmin) and AT&T Unite Pro Manager URL are
displayed in the mobile hotspot touchscreen (Settings > About Device >
Device Information).
How do I disconnect from the mobile
broadband network?
Do one of the following:
On the AT&T Unite Pro Manager homepage, click Disconnect
(in the
Connection Details section).
On the touchscreen, tap Settings > Mobile Broadband > Status,
then tap Disconnect.
