positiom,
check voltage supplied to the motor.
I. If the moror does
not
turn with the
correct voltage applied, check
to
see
that
the shaft is
free
to turn.
Replacr the
motor if necdsary.
2. If the
correct
line voltage is not m€asured, check
beck
through
tho wiring
to
the
powsr
source, including
intcrlock
safety switches.

FOR SHORT CIRCUITS
Use
an
ohmmotcr
to
check
resistance between
the
outsido
frama
of the cell
and both the ionizer
and
cgllector
contasts.
In each cas€,
the resistancl should
be
infinite
(open
circuit).
