8. Q: Why is my machine running very slowly/staying there and not cleaning the pool?
A: If there is too much garbage at the bottom of the pool, it needs to be cleaned manually.
SG 800 is only for daily maintenance of swimming pools; if the filter tray of the machine is
blocked by garbage or algae, please clean it before using the machine.
If neither of the above situations exists, lift the machine to the water surface, and observe
whether the water sprayed at the front and rear of the machine is normal (normally, it can spray
water for more than 50cm/20 inches); If the amount of water sprayed is small, please check
whether the motor turbine is stuck by garbage, if there is no garbage, it is a problem with the
motor, and the machine needs to be repaired or returned to get a replacement.
