WRENCHES
The Crane Transducerized Wrenches are designed for residual torque
auditing and general purpose precision torquing. They provide the
user with torque readings that are not subjective to ensure accuracy
and confidence in your audit process.
These transducerized wrenches are available in two styles: Industry
Standard (IS) and UTA styles.
● The Industry Standard style is manufactured with a military type
connector. The torque signal is 2 mv output per volt of excitation.
This style transducer will work with most torque analyzers, readouts
and data collectors.
● The UTA style is manufactured with a “smart chip” in the connec-
tor and will automatically identify itself to the Crane family of torque
analyzers/controllers/readouts. When using this style the user is not
required to select span, range or mv per volt parameters.
Wrenches are available in a range of capacities from 0-50 inch pounds
up to 0-1000 foot pounds.
