screwfeeders offer the latest technology
in table-top feeder design. The feed
mechanism allows for accurate and
reliable placement of fasteners for robotic
or vacuum pickup. Delivery and presenta-
tion of screws can now be precisely
accomplished on time, every time, for
high volume assembly.

The A-50 Robotic units are modular!
A simple rail change and readjustment
is all that’s necessary to change a unit
for use with a variety of screw sizes.
● Heavy and Durable Structural Design
A heavy duty structural design ensures
stability when the nosepiece engages
onto the screw head. No more Velcro or
tie down straps are needed to keep the
A-50 unit in place.

internal assemblies have been designed
to be easily serviced.

appropriate unit for your specific application. Should you require an A-50 preset for your specific fastener, please mark your
purchase order “Robotic setup desired” and submit 50 to 75 fasteners to our Portland, Oregon facility.
