STEP 10 (SEE FIGURE 10): Slide the bag frame

into the hopper bag.

STEP 11 (SEE FIGURE 11): Slide the bag frame

tube (4) through the front ap of the hopper bag.

STEP 12 (SEE FIGURE 12): Insert the hopper

support rods (3) into the holes of the upper hopper

tube. Then, ex and insert the rods into the holes in

the bottom rear hopper tubes.

STEP 13 (SEE FIGURE 13): Secure the bag frame

tube to the lower hopper tubes using two 1/4 x

1.11" clevis pins (18) and 3/32" hair pins (17).

STEP 14 (SEE FIGURE 14): Snap the sides of the

hopper bag to the bottom of the hopper bag at the

front corners.

STEP 15 (SEE FIGURE 15): Starting from the

bottom of the bag, secure the hopper bag to the

bag frame using the velcro straps.

STEP 16 (SEE FIGURE 16): Tie the four tie straps

tightly around the upper rear hopper tube.

STEP 17 (SEE FIGURE 17): Assemble the upper

handle tube (11) to the lower handle tube (9) using

a 1/4 x 1" bolt (16) and knob (31). Then, assemble

the handle grip (27) to the lower handle tube (9).

STEP 18 (SEE FIGURE 18): Attach the upper

handle tube to the rear hopper tube using a

U-clamp (30), 5/16 x 1-1/4" clevis pin (19), and .08

x 1-1/8" hair cotter pin (23).

STEP 19 (SEE FIGURE 19):

Insert the bolts on the

sweeper bag into the pivot rod retainers on the bag

arms.

STEP 20 (SEE YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL):

Refer

to your lawn sweeper owner's manual for arranging

and assembling the hitch brackets to attach to your

particular tractor.
