STEP 1 (SEE FIGURE 1): Assemble the cart body
using three 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (E) and 1/4" nylock
nuts (F). Do Not Tighten!

STEP 2 (SEE FIGURE 2): Attach the lower rear
angle bracket (4) to the assembled cart body using
four 5/16" x 3/4" truss head bolts (D), 5/16" nylock
nuts (G), two 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (E), 1/4" washers
(N), and 1/4" nylock nuts (F). Do Not Tighten!

STEP 3 (SEE FIGURE 3): Attach the tailgate
guides (6) using four 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (E) and
1/4" nylock nuts (F). Do Not Tighten!

STEP 5 (SEE FIGURE 5): Position the cart bed
with the rear of the cart facing towards the ground
as shown in gure 5.
STEP 6 (SEE FIGURE 6): Attach the front panel
(8) to the front of the cart bed using six 1/4" x 3/4"
hex bolts (E) and 1/4" nylock nuts (F).

STEP 7 (SEE FIGURE 7): Attach the bed supports
(7) to the cart and attach the wheel supports (10) to
the bed supports (7) using eight 5/16" x 3/4" truss
head bolts (D) and 5/16" nylock nuts (G).

supports using eight 5/16" x 3/4" truss head bolts
(D) and 5/16" nylock nuts (G). Do Not Tighten!
