* Over-running clutches provide a safe means to protect operators and expensive machinery from
situations when the inertia of a PTO driven implementexceeds and over-runs the tractor PTO speed. In
such a case, the over-running coipler will free-wheel smoothly and safely. Over-running clutches will
normally withstand applications requiring up to 65h.p. at 540 rpm and 100 h.p. at 1000 rpm. Extreme
shock loads or drive line angularity will reduce this capability.
