Constant Current Operation
The following steps show you how to perform the constant
current (CC) operation.
1 Short the binding posts.
• Press the [POWER] button to turn off the power supply.
• Connect a short circuit between the positive (+) and
negative (—) binding posts of your desired output.
2 Turn on the power supply.
• Press the [POWER] button to turn on the power supply.
• The power supply will then perform a self- test
(self- test is not indicated at the display).
• The display turns on all annunciators briefly.
• The outputs are disabled by default (the OFF
annunciator turns on).
• The display shows OFF for both outputs (line 1 and 2).
3 Select an output channel.
• Press [1] to select Output 1, or
• Press [2] to select Output 2.
• The corresponding annunciator (OUT1 or OUT2) turns
on.
4 Set the display to the limit mode.
• Press the [Display Limit] button to set the display to the
limit mode. The LIMIT annunciator turns on.
• The display will show the voltage and current limit
values for the selected output.
• The display for the non- selected output remains
unchanged.
