Probe the test points and read the display

In this example, we obtain a frequency measurement of 12.345 kHz,

with autoranging enabled and 5½ digit resolution selected by default.

CAUTION

If the frequency signal measured is below 20 Hz, you must manually

set the range of the AC voltage or AC current measurement to acquire

a stable reading.

NOTE

• The range and resolution of the frequency, pulse width, and duty cycle

measurement follows the configuration of the AC voltage or AC current

measurement (dependent on the path chosen).

• The AC voltage or AC current measurement display will flash briefly

before the frequency measurement display is shown.
