Using the AC+DC function
The U3606B is a true-rms multimeter that returns an accurate rms reading
not only for sine waves, but also other AC signals such as square, triangle,
and staircase waveforms without any DC offset. However, you may choose
to return the measured AC signal with its DC offset by using the AC+DC
function.
