Scan signal
A typical scan signal length is based on the following
parameters:
the amplitude end position,
the number of steps required to reach the amplitude end
position, and
the dwelling time length for each step.
You can configure the scan signal amplitude end position,
number of steps, and dwelling time length in the Utility
menu.
NOTE
The typical ramp dwelling time per step in the U3606B is measured at
100 ms. A longer delay time should be expected if a high number of
steps is programmed. As an example, a 1000 step ramp signal will yield
a 200 seconds (1000 × 100 ms × 2) total dwelling time.
If you want to adjust the ramp signal parameters, press [Shift] >
[Utility] to access the Utility menu.
The maximum amplitude end position will be limited by the range and
function (CV or CC) selected.
