Scan signal
A typical scan signal length is based on the following
parameters:
• the amplitude end position,
• the number of steps required to reach the amplitude end
position, and
• the dwelling time length for each step.
You can configure the scan signal amplitude end position,
number of steps, and dwelling time length in the Utility
menu.
NOTE
• The typical ramp dwelling time per step in the U3606B is measured at
100 ms. A longer delay time should be expected if a high number of
steps is programmed. As an example, a 1000 step ramp signal will yield
a 200 seconds (1000 × 100 ms × 2) total dwelling time.
• If you want to adjust the ramp signal parameters, press [Shift] >
[Utility] to access the Utility menu.
• The maximum amplitude end position will be limited by the range and
function (CV or CC) selected.
