CAUTION: The low-resistance (Lo Ω) 4-wire
measurement uses a higher current. Refer to
Chapter 2, “Digital Multimeter Operation” in the
U3606B User's Guide for more information.
NOTE: For low-resistance (Lo Ω ) measurements,
current is sourced from the + FORCE – terminals
and measured from the + SENSE – terminals.
