1 Select the Ohms function.
2 Select each range in the order based on the input
resistance in Table 2- 5. Compare the measurement results
with the appropriate test limits shown in the following
table. (Be certain to allow for appropriate source settling.)

Select NPLC 20 digit resolution.

The specifications are for 2-wire or 4-wire ohms using the null function in
AMM software. Add 0.2 Ω error if null function is not used in AMM software.
