[1] Output impedance: 3.5 k maximum.
[2] The positive or negative pulse width must be greater than 50 μs for adjusting
the duty cycle or the pulse width under different frequencies. Otherwise the
accuracy and the range will be different from the definition.
[3] For signal frequencies greater than 1 kHz, add 0.1% per kHz to the accuracy.
[4] The accuracy for duty cycle and pulse width is based on a 5 V square wave
input without dividing signal.
