[1] The maximum measurement level is < 30 Vpp.
[2] All frequency counters are susceptible to error when measuring low-voltage,
low-frequency signals. Shielding inputs from picking up external noise is critical
for minimizing measurement errors. For non-square wave signals, an additional
5 counts need to be added.
[3] The minimum measurement frequency of low frequency is set by power-on
option to speed up the measurement rate.
