SEM Offset Measurement Bandwidth

Use this command to set the measurement bandwidth of offset channel
in SEM measurement.
Example: :SENSe:SEMask:OFFSet:LIST:BANDwidth:MEASure

SEM Offset Start Freq

Use this command to specify start frequency of offset channel in SEM
measurement.
