Working with Batteries
Always use the original battery type, as supplied
with the analyzer.
Installing a Battery
Viewing Battery Status
Determine the battery status using either of the
following methods:
• Check the battery icon in the lower right corner
of the front- panel screen: it indicates the
approximate level of charge.
• Press [SYS] > {More} > {Show System} > {Page down}
to check the current battery information.
Step Notes
1 Open the battery cover Use a phillips type screwdriver,
loosen the retaining screw, then
pull the battery cover open.
2 Insert the battery Observe correct battery polarity
orientation when installing.
3 Close the battery cover Push the cover closed, then re-fas-
ten the cover with the retaining
screw.
