provides AM/FM and ASK/FSK demodulation
analysis function. (AM/FM: Option- AMA

• Tracking generator (Option TG3)
provides an RF source for scalar network
analysis.
• High-sensitivity measurement (Option PA3)
includes a 3 GHz pre- amplifier enabling highly
sensitivity measurements, useful in the analysis
of low- level signals.
